Access Filing

Access for Filing

The domain name has been filed through other access providers, and now it is necessary to change the access provider of the filed domain name to ours or add us as the second access provider.

The domain name (primary domain, secondary domain or multi-level domain) resolved on our mainland China cloud product must go through the procedure of access for filing.

The domain name not filed for access with us will be restricted from access. For related documents, please refer to: Notice of Access Restriction for Filed but Unaccessed Domain Names

Note

  1. When filing for access, if the filing information at the original access provider needs to be modified or the ICP responsible person’s document validity period is missing, you can fill in the latest filing information with us and send the SMS verification to the website owner’s mobile number filled in with us. If only accessing the filing without changing the information, the SMS verification is sent to the original access provider’s website owner’s mobile number, please first confirm the ICP responsible person information (name, personal document number, mobile number) registered by the original filing access provider. For specific operations, please refer to SMS verification guidance.
  2. Filing for access just adds one access provider and will not affect the filing data at your former access provider. You can use the servers of multiple access providers at the same time. If you no longer use the original access provider, you can log in to the original access provider’s filing system and submit a cancellation of access operation after successful filing access with us.
  3. In the domain name place of the filing access order, the domain name under the same website filing number (for example, Shanghai ICP Filing 1000000-1) is filled in. When domain names of different website filing numbers are filed for access at the same time, please submit orders separately for audit according to the dimension of the website filing number. You can log in to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology website to query all domain names corresponding to the website filing number.
  4. If you use a secondary domain name with us, only the primary domain name (for example: abc.cn) needs to be filled in during filing, and secondary or multi-level domain names cannot be filled in.
  5. If you have a new domain name that needs to be filed with us, you can carry out the corresponding first-time filing or addition of a website/APP operation through our filing system, and it cannot be added to the filing access order.
  6. Before a filed domain name has successfully accessed UCloud Global, if the domain name resolution points to the UCloud Global server, the website will not be able to visit normally. You can submit a filing access order for the corresponding domain name to apply for restoring access.
  7. If the filing access order has been returned or not processed for a long time, the website will still be restricted from access. Please check the order progress in time to ensure that the filing access process is completed.
  8. After the filing access order is approved by the administration, it will be automatically updated according to the latest information filled in with us.
