Notice on the Upgrade of UCloud Global ICP Filing Management System

Dear UCloud Global users,

In order to provide you with better ICP filing services, UCloud Global plans to upgrade its filing system on September 1st, which will support APP filing and optimize the existing website filing process. During the upgrade, you can still log in to UCloud Global‘s filing management system to submit the first filing or change filing. For other types of filings, please do not submit them temporarily due to the increase of system version fields. During the upgrade period, our company will temporarily delay the submission of filings for bureau review. After the system upgrade is completed on September 5th, our company will gradually submit website filing applications to the provincial communication management bureaus for review. This will not affect the completed ICP filings. For the APP filing function, our company will launch it in mid-September.
