** Individual **

1. Accepts record filing with non-local identification. Filing with non-local ID requires temporary residence permit or residence permit

2. Must provide original documents with a validity period of three months or more

3. Must clearly explain the substantial content of the website in the website note section

4. The homepage of the registered website should mark its record number and copyright at the center of the footer, and link the record number to the website of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology for public verification: https://beian.miit.gov.cn, and the actual content of the website should conform to the nature of personal filing
