Notice for Annual Review of Non-Commercial Filing in Hubei Region
Dear users,
In order to regulate the record keeping and management of non-commercial Internet information services, and to promote the healthy development of Internet information services, Hubei province plans to organize the annual review of non-commercial Internet information services filing for 2019. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
I. Annual Review Subject
According to Article 21 of the “Measures for the Administration of Non-business Internet Information Services Filing” (Order No. 33 of the Ministry of Information Industry), non-commercial Internet information service providers should perform annual review procedures at specified times each year. The subject of this annual review is the users who have passed the filing review in Hubei Province and obtained the filing number.
II. Annual Review Method
(1) Review time: January 15, 2020 to June 30, 2020
(2) Review method: Annual review is conducted by SMS according to a unified SMS format

(Please be sure to fill in the website record number accurately, if the record number is filled in incorrectly, you will not be able to successfully pass the annual inspection certification, the website record number can be queried through the public query in the website of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology https://beian.miit.gov.cn)

III. Annual Review Results and Handling Methods
During the annual review, users who have one of the following situations will be ordered by our bureau to correct them within a time limit; those who refuse to correct will be closed and canceled in accordance with the law:
(1) Those who do not log in to the filing website to submit annual review information within the specified time;
(2) News, education, public security, safety, culture, radio, film, television, publishing, confidentiality and other state departments veto the annual review opinions on their respective specific content according to law.
