1. Original documents with a validity period of more than three months need to be provided, among which a copy of the business license must be provided.
2. The principal of the main body needs to be the legal representative.
3. When the person in charge of the website is not the legal representative, an authorization letter need to be provided.
4. The central position at the bottom of the homepage of the website that has been filed should indicate its filing number and copyright ownership, and link the filing number as required to the website of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology’s filing management system: https://beian.miit.gov.cn for public verification.

** Individual **

1. Out-of-province document filing is not accepted.
2. Original documents with a validity period of more than three months need to be provided.
3. The website’s essential content needs to be explained in the website remark column.
4. The central position at the bottom of the homepage of the website that has been filed should indicate its filing number and copyright ownership, and link the filing number as required to the website of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology’s filing management system: https://beian.miit.gov.cn for public verification, and the actual content of the website should comply with the nature of personal filing.
