Changeable content

• Changeable subject information: the name of the sponsoring organization, certificate address, certificate number, communication address, etc.
• Changeable website/APP information: website name, APP information, etc.
• Changeable access information: IP address, access method, server location, etc.
• Changeable subject principal information: name, certificate number, contact method, emergency telephone number, notes, etc.
• Changeable ICP principal information: name, certificate number, contact method, emergency telephone number, notes, etc.
• Changeable document verification information: subject certificate, subject principal certificate, ICP principal certificate, other proof documents, etc.

Please note

1. The already registered website needs to be opened for access, and the copyright ownership and filing number should be marked at the bottom of the website, and the filing number should be linked to the MIIT website, the MIIT website is: https://beian.miit.gov.cn

2. Changes to any content, the main body information and all website information accessed in our company will be submitted to the regulatory bureau for review. Please note that the information needs to be fully revised.

Operating procedures

1. Please log in to UCloud Global filing system and enter the filing management page.

2. Click on the “Completed filings list” to find the corresponding subject information.

3. Click on the “Change of record” button.

4. Modify the filing information and document image information and capture the image after, click on the “Submit” button to enter the access merchant review process.

5. The access merchant reviews and submits the filing to MIIT.

6. MIIT SMS verification:

   When subject information changes, the mobile phone of the subject principal needs to be SMS verified.

   ​When website information changes, the mobile phone of the ICP principal needs to be SMS verified.

7. Wait for the review results of the regulatory bureau.
