Change Website/APP

Content that can be changed

• Website/APP information can be changed: website name, APP information, etc.
• Access information can be changed: IP address, access mode, server placement, etc.
• ICP responsible person information can be changed: name, identification number, contact information, emergency telephone number, remarks, etc.
• Document verification information can be changed: ICP responsible person’s documents, other certificates required by the website/APP, etc.

Note

1. The recorded website needs to be open for visit and should be marked with copyright and ICP number at the bottom of the website, and the ICP number should be linked to the MIIT website, the MIIT website is: https://beian.miit.gov.cn
2. Only the unique website/APP information change is submitted to the regulatory office for review. If multiple websites/APPs need to be changed, please submit the website/APP change orders separately.
3. Jiangsu Province does not temporarily support the change of website/APP record type.

Operation Process

1. Please log in to the UCloud Global ICP system to enter the ICP management page.
2. Click on the list of completed records to find the corresponding main body information.
3. Click on the “View” button to enter the main body information and website information details page.
4. Click on website information and select the “Change Website” button for the corresponding website.
5. After modifying the record information and document picture information and face collection, click on the “Submit” button to enter the access provider review stage.
6. The access provider reviews and submits the record to the MIIT.
7. MIIT SMS verification: The ICP responsible person’s mobile phone needs to undergo SMS verification.
8. Wait for the regulatory office review results.
