ICP Filing Limitations
Please take note of the following limitations when using the UCloud Global ICP Filing System:

| Real-name authentication of the domain name | According to the real-name certification requirements for all domain names by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology 2017, all existing domain names and newly registered domain names must undergo real-name certification, which can generally be completed within 1 working day, while some may require to wait for 3 - 7 working days. | Domain name real-name certification can only be filed 3 natural days after completion. |
| Number of ICP filing subjects that can be filed | 1. Personal real-name account: The number of ICP filing subjects should not exceed 1. 2. | Number of websites that can be filed | 1. Personal real-name account: The number of websites that can be filed under the same account should not exceed 5 sites. 2. Enterprise real-name account: The number of websites that can be filed under the same account should not exceed 10 sites. | 1. When cancelling the subject, cancelling the website, cancelling the access, and cancelling other filed websites, the number of websites that can be filed under the account is reduced correspondingly. For example, only one website has passed the ICP filing under the account of Enterprise A, now the website has been cancelled, then the number of websites that can be filed under this account should not exceed 9. 2. For special situations of the user, an application can be initiated by the account manager, and the website ICP filing department will evaluate it. If the account meets the requirements, the number of websites that can be filed can be increased by purchasing ICP filing resources such as domestic cloud hosts. 3. Enterprise account can submit up to 3 new website orders in each review cycle. The final submission number for personal accounts needs to be evaluated by the ICP filing department, and the default is not more than 3 new websites/APP orders (1 website in Hunan area). 4. For new entity order types, a maximum of 3 websites can be filed at the same time. |

| Filing of IP Access Only Websites | Currently, the UCloud Global ICP filing system only supports domain name filing and does not support IP filing. It is recommended that you use domain name filing. |

ICP filing by non-mainland China enterprises.
(Non-mainland China enterprises need to set up branch offices in mainland China and hold valid unit documents to file for ICP. It is recommended that non-mainland China enterprises consider using overseas servers, as ICP filing is not necessary for overseas servers.) -
ICP filing by non-mainland China individuals.
(Residents of Hong Kong and Macao need to obtain the “Residence Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents” to obtain individual ICP filing. Residents of Taiwan need to obtain the “Residence Permit for Taiwan Residents” to obtain individual ICP filing, while residents of other countries need to obtain the “Foreign Permanent Resident ID Card” to obtain individual ICP filing.)
- Enterprises listed as abnormal by the industrial and commercial authorities.
- Enterprises, domain names, website names on the blacklist by the telecommunications administration.
- Accounts and related accounts found by UCloud Global to be engaged in fraudulent ICP filing.
