When the website officer is not the legal representative, an authorization letter is required.
The registration number and copyright ownership shall be marked at the central position of the homepage of the registered website, and the registration number shall be linked to the website of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology’s record management system: https://beian.miit.gov.cn for public verification.
The website name must be consistent with the names of the primary organizations or contain the abbreviation of the company. If it does not contain the abbreviation of the company, an explanation of the situation must be provided, which has no specific format, but must include: the name of the sponsor, domain name, website content, and a promise that this website does not involve other primary contents. If there is any involvement, all responsibilities will be taken on their own. The legal person’s signature and the official seal should be levelled.

Accept domicile ID card record, domicile ID card record requires temporary residence certificate or residence permit.
