4. The bottom center of the already registered website should indicate its registration number and copyright, and link the registration number to the website of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology’s registration management system: https://beian.miit.gov.cn for the public to check.
5. If the number of websites connected to the business by the organization subject for filing, and the cumulative number of mobile filing services exceeds 6 (including 6), each domain name’s construction plan should be provided to the access provider for storage. At the same time, the website organizer should provide a guarantee letter (both the enterprise and the access provider should stamp), and should be uploaded to the filing management system together with the filing materials.

** Individual **

1. Filing with documents from other provinces is not accepted.
2. Origin of documents valid for more than three months should be provided.
3. The substantial content of the website should be stated in the website note column.
4. Only blog/personal space can be selected for the website service content.
5. The bottom center of the already registered website should indicate its registration number and copyright, and link the registration number to the website of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology’s registration management system: https://beian.miit.gov.cn for the public to check. In addition, the actual content of the website should comply with the nature of personal filing.
6. If the number of websites connected to the business by the individual subject for filing exceeds 2 (not including 2), each domain name’s construction plan should be provided to the access provider for storage. At the same time, the website organizer should provide a guarantee letter (both the individual and the access provider should stamp and seal), and should be uploaded to the filing management system together with the filing materials.
