** Organization **

1. Must provide original identification documents that are valid for more than three months. All documents need to be photographed and uploaded, leaving a four-week border.
2. The entity responsible must be the legal representative. (If the legal representative is a foreigner, he or she must authorize a Chinese national to be the entity responsible, and the website administrator must be the same person. When submitting, please explain this in the remarks.)
3. For the same entity, multiple website names must not be repeated.
4. Entities that have not obtained a telecommunications business operating license can record up to 7 websites.
5. Party and government agencies and public institutions that set up websites should go to the local Plan Office to handle the website pre-approval letter and upload it. If the system is only for internal service, does not provide information release and other service content to the outside, or it is unnecessary to handle pre-approval as audited by the staffing department, please write the related situation in written materials and scan the materials to upload the system. 6. The central location at the bottom of the homepage of the already registered website should indicate its record number and copyright, and link the record number to the website of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology record management system: https://beian.miit.gov.cn for public verification.

** Individual **

1. Out-of-province document registration is not accepted.
2. Must provide original identification documents that are valid for more than three months.
3. An individual can record up to 4 websites.
4. Need to note the actual content of the website in the website remark column.
5. Record photos must be in season, and need to take photos with ID card.
6. The central location at the bottom of the homepage of the already registered website should indicate its record number and copyright, and link the record number to the website of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology record management system: https://beian.miit.gov.cn for public verification. Moreover, the actual content of the website should comply with the nature of personal registration.
