2. The subject person in charge needs to be the legal representative.
3. Party and government agencies and public institutions should go to the local establishment office to handle the website establishment pre-approval document and upload it. If the system is only for internal use, does not provide information release and other service content to the outside, or it is deemed unnecessary to handle the pre-approval by the establishment department, please write the relevant situation into written materials and scan the materials to upload the system.
4. The bottom center of the homepage of the existing website should indicate its record number and copyright ownership, and link the record number to the website of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology’s record management system: https://beian.miit.gov.cn for the public to check.

** Individual **

1. Accept the record with out-of-province IDs.
2. Must provide the original certificate with a validity period of more than three months.
3. Must explain the substantive content of the website in the website remark column
4. The bottom center of the homepage of the existing website should indicate its record number and copyright ownership, and link the record number to the website of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology’s record management system: https://beian.miit.gov.cn for the public to check, and the actual content of the website should comply with the nature of individual records.
