Cancel Access
Scenario
If you no longer use the UCloud Global domestic cloud product, you should cancel the access and handle the access record at the new access provider.
Introduction
Cancel the association between the website information filed with UCloud Global and the access provider. It is recommended to cancel the access after completing the transfer record at the new access provider, otherwise the record information may be cancelled by the Communications Administration.
Attention
- If there are top-level domain names not approved by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology under the subject, the cancellation of the access will success and if the website has no other access providers, it will cause the website record to be cancelled and the domain name cannot be re-registered.
- If the website has not made an access filing with other access providers, cancelling the access will cause all domain names under the website to be cancelled.
- If the website has access records with other access providers, cancelling the access will not affect the records.
- After confirming the submission, orders cannot be withdrawn, please operate carefully! If you have any questions, please contact your account manager or technical support.
Operation Process
- Please log in to the UCloud Global record system and enter the record management page.
- Click the list of completed documents to find the subject information corresponding to the website.
- Click the View button
- Click the switch on the page at the top of the subject information and website information to the website information page, and select the cancel access button at the corresponding website information
- Check the website access information, tick the cancellation reason, and finally click the Submit button.
- Wait for the review by the administration, which usually takes 3 - 5 working days. Be sure to check the order status of my filing progress.
- If the order status is not approved by the administration for review, please check the return reason, delete the order and reapply for cancellation. If you have any questions, please contact your account manager or technical support.
