What is APP filing?
APP, like websites, belongs to the approval of providing Internet information services, which refers to the host of mobile Internet application program (hereinafter referred to as APP), should fulfil the filing procedures in accordance with the requirements of national laws and regulations, to the competent telecom department in the way of website filing, and record the real name, network resources and business information, etc.
How to fill in the domain name of APP filing?

All self-owned domain names of APP need to be filed, and multiple domain names can be filed for one APP;

The domain names used by APP on different platforms need to be filled in separately, and the filing can be supported up to the third-level domain name;

All domain names used by the APP need to be selected in the corresponding APP running platform domain names, and they can be scattered in different APP running platforms; the domain names used by the APP in UCloud Global can be selected from all the domain names used by the APP;

Domain names can overlap between different APPs under the same subject, and an APP can share a domain name with a website, which needs to be filed separately.

Whether to provide SDK externally, how to choose?

Please choose according to whether the APP uses external SDK interface services (such as: payment class, positioning class, login class) and the specific service provider.

How to fill in the APP running platform information?

Choose the APP running platform according to the operation of the APP. (For example: Android, iOS, etc.)

Meaning of package name:
Android: Software package name, commonly known as package name (Android application identifier)
iOS: Bundle ID (iOS application identifier)
- How to get the public key:
For Android APP, find out the modulus (public key) and MD5 signature in the APK signature file.
For iOS APP, view the certificate in the planned resources, enter the certificate, download the corresponding APP certificate. By checking the detailed information, obtain the public key (public key) and signature SHA1 value (SHA-1).
- About the MD5 value in APP feature information: The MD5 value in APP feature information refers to the digital fingerprint value of APP certificate.
For Android version APP, please fill in the MD5 value of the certificate (in hexadecimal form).
For iOS version APP, please fill in the SHA-1 value of the certificate (in hexadecimal form).
What are the rules for filling in the APP name?

For different APPs under the same subject, the APP name cannot be the same;

What are the rules for filling in the APP package name?

What is the relationship between APP filing and website filing?

Both APP and website belong to a kind of Internet information service, and the two are related in parallel;

Website filing needs to provide main body information, service information and access information for filing, and APP filing needs to provide APP feature information at the same time;

The same subject can complete website filing and APP filing at the same time.
Which APPs need to be filed?

Applications that can be installed and run on operating system platforms such as Android, iOS, as well as software open platforms for mini programs and fast applications, all need to complete APP filing according to the requirements of the “Notice on Carrying out Mobile Internet Application Registration Work” by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. Mini programs, fast applications, etc. submit filing applications through the distribution platform;

APPs whose server physical address is abroad do not need to be filed;

Do different running platforms (such as iOS, Android) need to file separately?

What is the policy basis for the APP?
