According to the requirements of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the already filed website needs to be normally opened, and the filing number and links to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology website are added to the bottom. Please open the websites that have been filed under the subject normally, and the website content needs to match the record, and the bottom add the subject’s filing number and link to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology website https://beian.miit.gov.cn.

3. How should I write the website name?

Unit Website Naming Requirements

1. Basic requirements for website naming

The website name needs to be greater than 3 and more than 3 Chinese characters.
Prohibits the use of pure numbers, English, domain names as website names, and the name cannot contain special symbols.
The website name needs to be consistent with the actual website content.

2. Categories involved in website name prohibition

Prohibited from involving sensitive information (such as anti-corruption, gambling, clean government, pornography, etc.).
Non-National units may not involve national information and terms such as China, Chinese, Central, People, People’s Congress, and National.
Prohibited from involving blogs, forums, online, communities, communication, etc. If involved, please go to the relevant department for pre-approval.

Personal Website Naming Requirements

1. Basic requirements for website naming

The website name needs to be greater than 3 and more than 3 Chinese characters.
Prohibited from using pure numbers, English, or domain names as website names, and names cannot contain special symbols.
The website name needs to coincide with the actual website content.
You cannot use character names, place names, idioms, etc. as website names.

2. Categories involved in website name prohibition

Prohibited from involving industry information, corporate information, product information, national information, sensitive information (such as anti-corruption, gambling, clean government, pornography, etc.) etc.
Prohibited from involving blogs, forums, online, communities, communication, etc. If involved, please go to the relevant department for pre-approval.

3. Prohibited words for website naming

Prohibited from using XXX’s personal space, enthusiast, blog, navigation, studio, forum, platform, hotline, community, society, network, website, URL, homepage, news, work display, etc.
Note: This rule does not apply to personal nature backup users in Jiangsu Province. According to the requirements of the Jiangsu Provincial Bureau, the personal backup website can only be named someone’s personal blog or someone’s personal homepage, and it needs to be stated in the remarks the main content that needs to be displayed after the website is opened.

4. What is the domain name real name information? How to modify if returned for consistency of domain name real name authentication?

Starting from January 1, 2018, the “Notice of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on Regulating the Use of Internet Information Services Domain Names”.

The domain name owner information and the filing subject information (name, document type, document number) must be completely consistent in order to pass the domain name check. You need to contact your domain name registrar to modify your domain name real name information, and keep the domain owner, document type, document number and filing information consistent.

5. Why can’t the newly registered domain name be filed?

Because the domain name registrar needs to do information synchronization with the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the period is about 3 working days. After the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology information is synchronized, it can be submitted for filing. Otherwise, the filing will be returned.

6. How to modify the return prompt that says the communication address is wrong?

The communication address cannot contain special characters, the area should be selected according to the actual location of the unit, and the area and the business license document address cannot belong to different provinces. The communication address should be written down to the house number according to the selected area, such as the area selection was Beijing-Under City Admin-Haidian District, for example: XX Home 7-3-101, should be filled in XX Home Building 7, Unit 3, Room 101.

It needs to be detailed to the specific house number, if there is no detailed house number, please note that this is the most detailed address, for example: XXX Street 101 (this is the most detailed address)

7. How to record financial related fields?

According to the requirements of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the filing requirements for services involving finance and investment. Regarding the conscientious implementation of the “Notice on Further Doing a Good Job of Special Rectification and Cleanup of Internet Financial Risks” (Banking Issue [2017] No. 119), strict management of Internet information service operating licenses, backups, company names, business scopes, website names, and website contents Or the other content reported in the backup involves “exchange”, “trading center”, “finance”, “asset management”, “financial management”, “fund”, “fund management”, “investment management”, “wealth management”, “equity investment fund”, “Online loan”, “network borrowing”, “P2P”, “equity crowdfunding”, “Internet insurance”, “payment”, etc. For Internet financial institutions or individuals who have not obtained relevant financial business licenses or financial supervision department permit, the communications administration department will not give ICP backup. 8. Who to handle financial licenses or financial approval documents?

Internet payment business is supervised by the People’s Bank of China.

Online lending business is under the supervision of the Banking Regulatory Commission.

The securities regulatory commission supervises equity crowdfunding financing business.

The Securities Regulatory Commission supervises Internet fund sales business.

The Insurance Regulatory Commission supervises Internet insurance business.

Internet trust business and Internet consumer finance business are under the supervision of the Banking Regulatory Commission.

Engaging in Internet finance business, please verify whether the website sponsor has obtained relevant qualifications.

9. Why can’t my domain name be filed?

10. What do I need to do after the UCloud Global audit is passed?

After receiving the notification that the UCloud Global audit has been passed, the person in charge corresponding to different types of backups needs to complete SMS verification. Only after the SMS verification passes, your backup will enter the human audit link of the Bureau. If the SMS verification is returned, the order you submitted will be returned.
