According to the requirements of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT), please check whether your registered website displays the ICP registration number at the bottom and links to the MIIT website. If the number is not displayed or linked, please follow the requirements of “Measures for the Administration of Non-Business Internet Information Services” (Order No. 33 of the former Ministry of Information Industry) and “Measures for the Administration of Internet Information Services” (Order No. 292 of the State Council), the ICP registration number must be clearly marked at the center of the bottom of the main page of your website. The ICP registration number should also link to the MIIT ICP Registration Management System https://beian.miit.gov.cn.

For the public to verify. In case a registered website fails to display and link the ICP registration number to the MIIT website, the bureau may impose a fine ranging from RMB 5,000 to 10,000 on the website’s operator, as stipulated in Article 13 and 25 of the “Measures for the Administration of Non-Business Internet Information Services” (Order No. 33 of the former Ministry of Information Industry) and list the penalized telecom business operators on the telecom business operation blacklist.
