“Regulations on the Management of Security Protection of International Networking of Computer Information Network”

Article 8 Units and individuals engaged in international networking business shall accept the security supervision, inspection, and guidance of public security organs, truthfully provide the public security organs with information, materials, and data files on security protection, and assist the public security organs in dealing with the illegal and criminal activities of computer information networks through international networking.
Article 11 When a user processes network access procedures at the access unit, they should fill out the user registration form. The registration form is supervised by the Ministry of Public Security.
Article 12 Interconnection units, access units, legal persons, and other organizations using the computer information network international networking (including inter-provincial, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the Central Government and their branch units) shall handle the filing procedures at the accepting organs designated by the People’s Government’s public security organs of their place within thirty days from the date of formal networking.
