** Organizations **

1. Original of the valid documents with validity more than three months must be provided.
2. The person in charge of the main body needs to be the legal representative. The person in charge of the main body of the party and government organs, institutions, and mass organizations (trade unions, youth leagues, women’s federations, disabled federations, cultural federations, science associations, red associations, etc.) can be the relevant person in charge of the comprehensive department, news publicity, and informatization department authorized by the unit (authorization letter not required).
3. The ICP number and copyright ownership should be marked at the central position of the homepage of the already filed websites, and the ICP number should be linked to the website of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology ICP Filing Management System: https://beian.miit.gov.cn for the public to check.
4. For company users with more than 31 (including 31) different domain name prefixes, the host unit’s documents, website construction plan, all domain name certificates, access service contracts, and verification photos must be provided and mailed to the Guangdong Bureau.

** Individuals **

1. Documents for filing from other provinces are accepted. Individuals who file from other provinces should provide a residence permit/temporary residence permit within the validity period, please upload the residence permit/temporary residence permit + WeChat Mini Program Guangdong Province matter query validity query result page screenshot.
2. Original of the valid documents with validity more than three months must be provided.
3. The substantive content of the website should be explained in the website comment column.
4. The ICP number and copyright ownership should be marked at the central position of the homepage of the already filed websites, and the ICP number should be linked to the website of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology ICP Filing Management System: https://beian.miit.gov.cn for the public to check, and the actual content of the website should conform to the nature of individual filing.
5. Individual users with more than 5 (including 5) different domain name prefixes must provide the host unit’s documents, website construction plan, all domain name certificates, access service contracts, and verification photos.
6. Individual users need to use the Guangdong individual verification form, and handwrite a commitment at the bottom: “I have conducted face-to-face verification of the website filing information, recognize that the website filing information and verification record are accurate and effective, promise that this website is a personal website and does not contain information from non-personal websites such as enterprises and institutions, promise to update as soon as the website filing information changes, and willing to bear the consequences such as shutting down the website and deregistering the filing (blacklisting) for false filing information, failure to change the filing procedure, and providing services beyond the scope of the filing.”
