Hunan Administration Rules

** Entities **

  1. Original ID with a validity period of more than three months should be provided.
  2. The principal in charge should be the legal representative.
  3. When the person in charge of the website is not the legal representative, an authorization letter should be provided.
  4. If there is more than one website under the entity and a new website needs to be added with the existing record number, a plan for the new website construction should be provided (empty shell entities can add new websites and need to provide the construction plan for the new website).
  5. The record number and copyright ownership should be marked in the central location at the bottom of the already recorded website homepage, and the record number should be linked to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology’s record management system website: https://beian.miit.gov.cn for the public to check.
  6. For the first time record or a new website addition, only one website corresponding to one domain name can be submitted at a time.
  7. If the the record entity already has a record and a new website needs to be added, a plan for all website constructions should be provided.

** Individuals **

  1. ICP filing with out-of-province documents are acceptable.
  2. Original ID with a validity period of more than three months should be provided.
  3. The substantive content of the website needs to be explained in the remark column of the website.
  4. If there is more than one website under the individual and a new website needs to be added with the existing record number, a plan for the new website construction should be provided (empty shell individuals can add new websites and need to provide the construction plan for the new website).
  5. The record number and copyright ownership should be marked in the central location at the bottom of the already recorded website homepage, and the record number should be linked to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology’s record management system website: https://beian.miit.gov.cn for the public to check, and the actual content of the website should conform to the nature of individual ICP filing.
