** Organization **

  1. The original document with a validity period of more than three months must be provided

  6. If the address of the legal representative’s certificate is not in the Inner Mongolia region, a valid residence permit or a photo of the individual holding the original business license and ID card must be provided
  7. The bottom center of the home page of the website should be marked with its record number and copyright ownership, and the record number should be linked to the website of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology’s record management system at https://beian.miit.gov.cn for public verification.

** Individual **

  1. Accepts records of documents from other provinces, and record with ID cards from other provinces need to provide temporary residence permits or residence permits
  2. The original document with a validity period of more than three months must be provided
  3. The actual content of the website must be clearly mentioned in the website remarks column
  4. The bottom center of the home page of the record website should mark its record number and copyright ownership, and link the record number to the website of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology’s record management system at https://beian.miit.gov.cn for public verification. The actual content of the website should be in line with the nature of personal records.
