In accordance to the notification on website public security filing issued by the Cyber Security Brigade of the Shanghai Public Security Bureau and Beijing Public Security Bureau, the content of the notification is as follows:

Notice on Website Public Security Filing

• According to Article 12 of the “Computer Information Network International Internet Security Protection Management Measures”, all websites, after successful filing with the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, must complete the public security filing procedure at the public security authorities at the company’s actual operating location or individual’s current residence within 30 days of the website’s launch.
• If you have not gone through the public security filing procedure, please log into the National Public Security Authorities Internet Security Management Service Platform to submit a public security filing application as soon as possible. The public security filing does not involve any fees. If you have any questions related to public security filing, you can consult the local public security authorities’ cyber security department. The contact telephone number is attached below.
• If your filing location is in Shanghai or Beijing, please complete the website public security filing as soon as possible in accordance with the above notification requirements. If you fail to do so within 30 days, our company will cooperate with the public security authorities to take related measures. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
