1. The documents required for registration need to be complete, i.e., the document number is displayed on the top edge, and the query website and issuing authority are displayed on the bottom edge
2. The original document with a validity period of more than three months needs to be provided
3. The bottom center of the registered website’s homepage should indicate its registration number and copyright, and link the registration number as required to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology’s registration management system website: https://beian.miit.gov.cn for the public to check

** Individual **

1. Accept out-of-province document registration
2. The original document with a validity period of more than three months needs to be provided
3. The substantive content of the website needs to be explained in the website notes
4. The bottom center of the registered website’s homepage should indicate its registration number and copyright, and link the registration number as required to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology’s registration management system website: https://beian.miit.gov.cn for the public to check, and the actual content of the website should conform to the nature of individual registration
