Performance Capacity LCU Fee

It is currently a free public beta period, and the LCU fee is free.

Deletion and Refund

When the instance is deleted, if the instance has not yet expired, the system will automatically refund the unspent portion of the amount. Resources that are paid daily, monthly, and yearly enjoy cycle discounts at the time of purchase. If they are not used for a full cycle, the discount will be deducted at the time of refund.

Refund Amount = Max(0, Actual Order Amount - Consumed Amount)

  • Actual Order Amount: The amount paid in cash and bonus after enjoying the discount. Does not include the part paid by vouchers.
  • Monthly Purchased Resources When the usage time is less than the purchase cycle: Consumed Amount = Actual Order Amount × (Used Time ÷ Total Purchase Cycle Time) × 1.5 When the usage time equals the purchase cycle: Consumed Amount = Actual Order Amount
  • Yearly Purchased Resources When the usage time is less than the purchase cycle: Consumed Amount = Monthly Price × 12 × Years × (Used Time ÷ Total Purchase Cycle Time) When the usage time equals the purchase cycle: Consumed Amount = Actual Order Amount
  • If the Consumed Amount is greater than or equal to the Actual Order Amount, the Refund Amount is zero and the arrears part will not be collected.
  • In the Refund Amount, the part of the voucher used at the time of purchase cannot be refunded, and the non-voucher part (cash/bonus) used at the time of purchase is refunded in proportion to the payment.
  • The minimum charging unit when refunding is hourly, and less than an hour is counted as an hour.

Automatic Renewal

After purchasing ALB, we will turn on the “Automatic Renewal Switch” by default for you. When your account balance is sufficient, the system will automatically renew your subscription when it is about to expire.

Automatic renewal is to automatically renew your subscription according to the configuration and duration at the time of purchase. If your account balance is insufficient, the system will fail to deduct the fee when the resource is about to expire, and the resource status will be displayed as “Expired”. You can manually renew the subscription after you recharge.

If your payment cycle is monthly, for easy reconciliation, the system will renew your subscription to the end of the current month for the first time, and subsequent renewals will be made on a monthly basis.

You can choose to turn off the “Automatic Renewal Switch”, after which resources will automatically enter the arrears state after expiration. The system will remind you of the expiry and renewal of resources, and the system will not release users’ resources. You can renew the subscription through the “Manual Renewal” function. If resources expire, the system may recycle the related expired resources, please renew them in time.

When you turn off the “Automatic Renewal Switch”, the system will remind you by email and SMS 3 days before the product expires, and remind you of the product expiration and renewal matters every day within 7 days after the product expires. For specific notification rules and related information configuration, please check the recovery rules.

Renewal Validity Period

If the status of your current resource is “Expired”, when you manually renew, the renewal period will start a new renewal cycle from the expiration time, until the end of the renewal period is later than the current time, the resource is not in an invalid state. If you renew the resource within the valid period of the resource, the renewal cycle will start a new cycle after the original renewal cycle ends.
