Delete and Refund

When the instance is deleted, if the instance has not expired, the system will automatically refund the unconsumed part of the money. Resources paid on a daily, monthly, or annual basis have enjoyed cycle discounts when purchased, and if they are not used for a full cycle, the discount will be deducted at the time of refund. Refund Amount = Max(0,Actual order payment - Consumed Amount)

  • Actual order payment: The amount paid by the user after enjoying the discount, using cash or bonus, excluding the part paid by coupons.
  • Monthly purchased resources When the usage duration is less than the purchase cycle: Consumed Amount = Actual order payment × (Used Duration ÷ Total Purchase Cycle Duration) × 1.5 When the usage duration is equal to the purchase cycle: Consumed Amount = Actual order payment
  • Annually purchased resources When usage duration is less than purchase cycle: Consumed Amount = Monthly price × 12 × years × (Used Duration ÷ Total purchase cycle duration) When usage duration is equal to purchase cycle: Consumed Amount = Actual order payment
  • If the consumed amount is greater than or equal to the actual order payment, the refund amount is zero, and the arrears are not collected.
  • In the refund amount, the coupons used at the time of purchase are not refundable, and the non-coupon part used at the time of purchase (cash/bonus) is refunded according to the payment ratio.
  • The smallest billing unit for refund is hourly, less than one hour is calculated as one hour.

Automatic Renewal

After purchasing NLB, we will default to turning on the “Auto-renewal switch” for you. When your account balance is sufficient, the system will automatically renew your subscription when it is about to expire.

Auto-renewal is based on the configuration and duration at the time of purchase. If your account balance is insufficient, the system will fail to debit when the resources are about to expire, and the resource status will be displayed as “Expired”. You can “Manually Renew” after recharging.

If your payment cycle is monthly, for easy reconciliation, the system will renew to the end of the current month for the first time, and subsequent renewals will be for whole months.

You can choose to close the “Auto Renewal Switch”, after expiry the resource will automatically enter the arrears status, the system will remind you of the expiration and renewal matters of the resource, at this time the system will not release the user’s resources, you can use the “Manual Renewal” function to renew. If resources are overdue, the system may recycle related expired resources, please renew in time.

When you turn off the “Auto Renewal Switch”, the system will remind you via email and text message 3 days before the product expires, and within 7 days after the product expires, the system will remind you of the product expiration time and renewal matters every day. For specific notification rules and related notification configuration information, please see the recycling rules.

Renewal Validity

If the status of your current resources is “Expired”, when you manually renew, the renewal period will start a new renewal cycle from the expiration time, until the end time of the renewal period is greater than the current time, the resource is not invalid. If you renew for resources within the validity period, the renewal period will start a new period after the original renewal period ends.
