Recovery Policy

This article mainly introduces the recovery and notification process of Network Load Balancer (NLB) to avoid impacts on business due to resource expiration and recovery.

Purchase Resources Monthly/Annually

3 days before the expiration of your resources: Send an imminent expiration warning to the notification recipient you set;

On the day of your resources expiration: Send an expiration notice to the notification recipient you set;

3 days after your resources have expired: Send a reminder that the resource will soon be suspended to the notification recipient you set;

10 days after your resources have expired: Send a reminder that the resource will soon be recycled to the notification recipient you set, and perform a recovery operation on the resource the same day (the resource cannot be retrieved after recovery, please renew your fees on time).

Purchase Resources Hourly

On the day your resources expire: Send an expired reminder;

On the 1st day after your resources expire: Send a notification that the resource will be recycled;

On the 2nd day after your resources expire: Send a recycling notice and recycle the resource.
