HTTPS Access Limitation
US3 intranet domains do not support HTTPS access.
Domain Name Access Restrictions
- US3 external domain names do not support preview of files of any type. If you need to preview files over the external network, please use a custom domain name.
- US3 external domain names do not support downloading files of APK and IPA types. If you need to download APK and IPA files over the external network, please use a custom domain name.
- For US3 external domain names, some regions may have downstream bandwidth limits for single connections, while custom domain names are not affected. It is recommended to use a custom domain name for external network file downloads.
File Upload Size Restrictions
The size of files uploaded through the console, via the PutFile upload method, or form upload (PostFile) cannot exceed 512MB. To upload files larger than 512MB, the multipart upload method must be used.

Other Limitations
Limitation | Explanation |

Archive storage type | Must be thawed before access. The time it takes for the already stored data to thaw and become readable varies based on the file size and type of thawing. Currently, US3 archive storage types in Hong Kong, Taipei, and overseas available zones include Hong Kong, Los Angeles, Singapore, Taipei, Ho Chi Minh City, Washington, Tokyo, and Seoul. |
Storage Space (Bucket) | The total number of storage spaces created by the same account in the same region cannot exceed 20. |

Uploading/Downloading files | The default bandwidth threshold for uploads or downloads by the same account in the same region is: Intranet upload/download speed: 10Gbit/s in mainland China, 1Gbit/s in other regions; Internet upload/download speed: 1Gbit/s. If your business (such as big data offline processing etc.) has a greater demand for bandwidth, please contact technical support. |
QPS (Write) | Normal users can make 1000 requests per second (not the maximum), 100 for overseas. If your business requires a higher capacity, please contact technical support. |

Domain Binding | For China mainland regions, the domain bound must be registered with the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. Other region domain bindings do not need to be registered with the MIIT. Each storage space can bind up to 100 domains. |
