Arrears Handling
When your XXXCloud account is in arrears, the following prompt will appear when you enter the US3 product page on the console:
Impact of Arrears on US3 Services
- After 3 days of arrears, services (upload, download, deletion, etc.) will be restricted: you cannot create US3 storage spaces, and some requests will fail, until all services become unavailable. Stored data will still be retained during the service restriction period.

After 30 days of arrears, it will be deemed that you have voluntarily given up the US3 service. The system will reclaim the storage space and delete the stored data, which cannot be recovered after deletion.

If you pay the arrears within 3 days, your services will not be affected; if you pay all arrears between 3-30 days, the system will restore service availability and lift the US3 service restrictions.

Data stored in US3 will continue to incur charges until it is deleted. If you are still using XXXCloud products, please delete the data in a timely manner to avoid additional charges.

Email and SMS notifications will be sent before service restrictions, after arrears, and before/after data deletion. The recipients are the resource recovery message subscribers of the corresponding project.
