Arrears Processing
When your UCloud Global is in arrears status, you can see the following prompts when entering the US3 product page in the console:
Impact of Arrears on US3 Services
- 3 days after the arrears, the service (upload, download, delete, etc.) will be restricted, US3 storage space can’t be created, some requests will fail, until all services are unavailable. Stored data is still retained during the service restriction period.

30 days after the arrears, it will be regarded as you voluntarily give up the US3 service, the system will reclaim the storage space and delete the stored data, the stored data cannot be recovered after deletion.

If you pay the arrears within 3 days, your service will not be affected; if you pay all the arrears between 3-30 days, the system will restore the service availability and remove the US3 service restriction.

The data stored in US3 will still generate a fee before being deleted. If you are still using the UCloud Global product, please delete it in time to avoid additional charges.

After the arrears, before the service restriction, and before and after deletion, there will be email notifications and SMS notifications. The notified person is the resource recovery message subscriber of the corresponding project.
