Can a udisk be mounted to multiple uhost at the same time?

For security reasons, each udisk only supports one uhost to be mounted.

How do I expand my own LVM?

You can apply for udisks and add them to PVs for capacity expansion.

Can I Create My Own LVM for UDisks?

You can. However, it is recommended that you do not build your own logical volumes such as LVM, because snapshots are for each independent disk, and LVM creation and use will cause data differences after the snapshot is rolled back.

UDisks added to PVs do not support capacity expansion, and LVM errors will occur if the disks are untached.
