Quick Guide for Certificate Application

I. Quick Purchase Guide:

1. DV Type Certificate Application Process:

Verification method: DNS/file resolution authentication only

Issuance time: As fast as 20 minutes after verification (Verification check: console tool/manual resolution/Asian number tool), generally no more than 24 hours. DV certificates are automatically issued by the system, and there may be some that are not issued. If it exceeds 24 hours, it is recommended to purchase OV/EV certificates.

2. OV/EV Certificate Application Process:

Verification method: Step 1: Enterprise verification (need to upload a stamped confirmation letter in PDF format)

                    Step 2: DNS/file resolution authentication (refer to)
         

Issuance time: Issued in 3-7 days, if urgent, please contact the product manager

3. Certificate Cancellation Process

The cancellation process for a certificate is the same as the purchase process, and it requires two-factor authentication. Refer to the purchase process
