Certificate Revocation Process and Points to Note

  1. The certificate revocation process is the same as the purchase process. Both require verification.

Process

DV certificate: DNS/file verification is needed.

ov, ev certificates: The letter confirmation needs to be uploaded and domain ownership verified.

  1. The revocation of the certificate will take immediate effect, please be careful.

  2. For paid certificates purchased more than a month ago, there will be no refund upon revocation.

  3. Conditions for certificate revocation: the status of the certificate must be “Order Completed”; if renewing, reissuing, or revoking, please cancel the operation first and contact the product manager for backend operations.

  4. When the certificate enters the last 30 days of its valid period, the certificate status will be changed to “Pending Renewal”, this status does not support certificate revocation (restricted by the certificate issuer).
