!> Once resources are recycled or deleted, it is difficult to recover them. Please ensure timely renewal and backup of your data. If there are special circumstances, please submit a support ticket, and we will do our best to assist you in recovery.

Notification Channels

All notification messages will be sent to the designated recipients via email, SMS, and onsite messages.

Recycling

Prepaid Yearly/Monthly

The notification and shutdown process for MongoDB (NVMe) under the current billing model is as follows:

2 days after resource expiration: A notification will be sent to the designated recipients, alerting them that the database is about to be shut down.

3 days after resource expiration: A shutdown notice will be sent to the designated recipients, and the database will be shut down. The database must be renewed before it can be restarted for continued use.

9 days after resource expiration: A warning will be sent to the designated recipients, indicating that the database is about to be reclaimed.

10 days after resource expiration: A reclamation notice will be sent to the designated recipients, and the database will be reclaimed (resources reclaimed cannot be recovered, so timely renewal is advised).

Prepaid Hourly

The notification and shutdown process for your resources after expiration is as follows:

Upon resource expiration:** A notification will be sent to the designated recipients, alerting them that the database is about to be shut down.

1 hour after resource expiration:** A shutdown notice will be sent to the designated recipients, and the database will be shut down. The database must be renewed before it can be restarted for continued use.

20 hours after resource expiration:** A warning will be sent to the designated recipients, indicating that the database is about to be reclaimed.

24 hours after resource expiration:** A reclamation notice will be sent to the designated recipients, and the database will be reclaimed (resources reclaimed cannot be recovered, so timely renewal is advised).

Deletion

If you delete resources within their valid period, the system will deduct the fee according to your usage time and refund the remaining prepaid amount to your account. For specific refund rules, see Resource Deletion Refund.
