Log Management

Users can select the “Log Management” option in cluster details to manage logs.

The logs of MongoDB instances support ErrorLog and SlowLog.

ErrorLog records the error information encountered by the MongoDB instance service process during startup, shutdown, or operation.

SlowLog records long-running query operations.

Log Query

In the “Log Management” page, click on “Log Query”, select the type and node of the log you want to query, and click on “Real-time Query” to get log information in real time.

You can also select “Specified Time” query, choose the corresponding time range to query the log.

Click on “Pack Log” to pack the logs within the current selected time, and you can download them locally in “Log Packages”.

Log Packages

In the “Log Management” page, click on “Log Packages” to manage the packaged logs.

Click on the “Download” button under the operation options in the log package list to download the log package locally.

Click on the “Delete” button under the operation options in the log package list to delete the current log package.

Click on the “Pack Log” button on the upper left, and you can select the corresponding log type, node, and time range to pack the log in the pop-up window. Click the “OK” button to see the information about the newly packed log in the list.
