Billing ItemsDescription
Accelerated Line Bandwidth FeeThe fee depends on the accelerated line bandwidth value configured by the user when creating the accelerated line. The bandwidth unit price varies with different regions. The ladder pricing means different usages have different relative prices.
Intelligent Gateway Hardware DepositThe deposit for applying for intelligent gateway is frozen in the form of balance. Each intelligent gateway requires a frozen balance of 400 yuan, without generating real consumption. After returning the intelligent gateway hardware, the full amount of the deposit will be unfrozen.
Intelligent Gateway Hardware Damage FeeThe intelligent gateway is in the form of a deposit. If the effective usage time of the intelligent gateway is up to 180 days, the full deposit will be unfrozen after returning the intelligent gateway hardware without paying any fees. If the effective usage time is less than 180 days, after unfreezing the corresponding deposit, a corresponding damage fee (50 yuan/month) needs to be deducted. If the intelligent gateway is noticeably damaged or affects secondary rental, a damage fee of 200 yuan will need to be deducted after unfreezing the corresponding deposit. Effective usage time refers to the effective time of a single intelligent gateway bound to a valid line. Binding an expired line or not binding a line is not considered usage time.

Billing is done on a monthly/yearly basis and bills are immediately generated upon purchasing;

Billing Algorithm

Total bandwidth cost= (Fixed bandwidth package unit price + additional bandwidth volume * additional bandwidth unit price) * purchase duration

If there are bandwidth upgrades or downgrades in the bandwidth package within the month, the bills that occurred before the adjustment time point in that month will still be charged according to the original bandwidth. The bills that have not occurred after the adjustment will be charged according to the new bandwidth, and there will be corresponding refunds/payments. Billing time granularity is accurate to seconds;

If the purchase cycle is not an integer natural month, the final bandwidth cost for the month = the original bandwidth cost * effective days/ billing month days for conversion;

Billing examples

  • Example A

    Customer A purchased a 5M fixed bandwidth package from China (multiple locations) to Los Angeles at 10:30:00 AM on August 5, with an IP type of dedicated international IP. The monthly unit price of the package is 1700 yuan/month, with no additional bandwidth. Then the bill for customer A in this month is as follows:

    • Bandwidth: Fixed bandwidth package 5M；

    • Acceleration region: America, Los Angeles；

    • IP type: Dedicated international IP；

    • Product monthly unit price: 1700 yuan/month；

    • Valid time factor for the month: 26 days 13 hours 30 minutes 0 seconds/31 days = (2246400+46800+1800) /2678400= 0.8569

    (There are a total of 31 days in August, the customer purchased at 10:30:00 AM on August 5. The actual usage duration of the customer is from 10:30:00 AM to 24:00 on August 5 + all day from August 6 to August 31, a total of 26 days 13 hours 30 minutes 0 seconds, a total of 2295000 seconds)

    The actual bill for the month is: 1700 * 0.8569= 1456.73 yuan

  • Example B

    Customer B purchased a combined bandwidth of 100M (10M package +90M additional bandwidth) from China (multiple locations) to Los Angeles at 10:30:00 AM on August 5, with the acceleration area in Los Angeles and the IP type as dedicated native IP. The monthly unit price of the package is 3500 yuan, and the additional bandwidth monthly unit price is 280 yuan/M. Then the bill for customer B in this month is as follows:

    • Bandwidth: Fixed bandwidth package 10M + Additional bandwidth 90M；

    • Acceleration region: America, Los Angeles；

    • IP type: Dedicated native IP；

    • Product monthly unit price: 28700 yuan/month (3500 + 280 * 90 = 28700)；

    • Valid time factor for the month: 26 days 13 hours 30 minutes 0 seconds/31 days = (2246400+46800+1800) /2678400= 0.8569

    (There are a total of 31 days in August, the customer purchased at 10:30:00 AM on August 5. The actual usage duration of the customer is from 10:30:00 AM to 24:00 on August 5 + all day from August 6 to August 31, a total of 26 days 13 hours 30 minutes 0 seconds, a total of 2295000 seconds)

    The actual bill for the month is: 28700 * 0.8569= 24593.03 yuan
