Quick Start
UReach can provide customers with fast, convenient, efficient, and compliant cross-border dedicated network acceleration solutions, solving the problems of high latency, high packet loss rate, and poor stability of the public network. It easily enables real-time cooperation between international teams and efficient operation of global businesses.
Step One: Apply for UReach Smart Gateway
The smart gateway hardware does not currently support online application, if you need to apply, please contact your account manager.
Step Two: UReach Smart Gateway Initial Configuration
- From the UCloud Global console, go to the UReach product page, find the device you need to configure on the smart gateway management page, and click on Details to enter the details page.
- From the details page, you can initialize the configuration for WAN, LAN, and Wi-Fi respectively.
- Configure the WAN port network and click the “Confirm” button to save the configuration after completion.

- Configure the LAN port network and click the “Confirm” button to save the configuration after completion.

| DHCP Address Pool | The expected IP address pool for the UCPE to assign to downstream devices via DHCP, this address pool range should be in the same segment as the LAN gateway configuration |
| Lease Time | The expiration time of the IP address assigned by DHCP to a device, if not renewed after this time, IP address needs to be re-allocated |
- Configure the Wi-Fi network and click the “Confirm” button to save the configuration after completion.
Step Three: Create UReach Acceleration Line
- From the UCloud Global console, go to the UReach product page, click on Acceleration Line Management, and create an acceleration line.
- Select the acceleration line configuration as needed, bind the acceleration line to the UReach smart gateway hardware (mandatory), click Buy Now, and confirm the order.
- Return to the Smart Gateway Management and Acceleration Line Management page, confirm the binding relationship between the line and the gateway, and after confirming the correctness, the smart gateway can be powered on and deployed in the local network to realize the UReach network acceleration.
