Renewal

Prepaid Mode Supports “Auto-Renewal” Feature

When purchasing bare metal, if you choose the prepaid billing method (any of billed by year/month/day), we will enable the “auto-renewal switch” by default. When your account balance is sufficient, the system will automatically renew for you when it is about to expire.

It is important to note that auto-renewal will use the previous configuration and duration for renewal. If your account balance is insufficient, the system will fail to deduct the fee when the resource is about to expire, and the resource status will show as “expired.” You can top up your account and proceed with “manual renewal.”

If your payment cycle is monthly, for easier accounting, the system will extend the renewal to the end of the current month during the first automatic renewal. Subsequent renewals will proceed on a monthly cycle.

You can also turn off the “auto-renewal switch,” and the resource will automatically enter an overdue state upon expiration. The system will notify you of resource expiration and renewal matters. At this time, the system will not release user resources, and you can use the “manual renewal” feature to renew, choosing between monthly or yearly payments during renewal. If you do not recharge and renew, resources will be reclaimed in accordance with the recovery policy.

Upon resource expiration, the system will reclaim the relevant expired resources. Please renew promptly.

Renewal Validity Period

If your current resource status is “expired,” when you proceed with manual renewal, the renewal period will begin from the expiration time for a new renewal cycle. The resource will not be in an invalid state until the end of the renewal period exceeds the current time.

If you renew while the resource is within the validity period, the renewal period will start after the original renewal period concludes, beginning a new cycle.
