Renewal

Prepaid Mode Supports “Auto-Renewal”

When purchasing UPHost, if you select the prepayment billing method (any one of annual/monthly/daily billing), we will enable the “auto-renewal switch” by default. When your account balance is sufficient, the system will automatically renew for you when the subscription is about to expire.

It should be noted that auto-renewal will be carried out according to the previous configuration and duration. If your account balance is insufficient, the system will fail to deduct fees when the resource is about to expire, and the resource status will show “expired”. You can perform “manual renewal” after recharging.

If your payment cycle is monthly, for easier account reconciliation, the system will renew to the end of the current month for the first auto-renewal, and subsequent renewals will be made on a full-month basis.

You can also turn off the “auto-renewal”. After expiration, the resource will automatically enter an arrears status. The system will remind you of the resource expiration and renewal matters. At this time, the system will not release the user’s resources, and you can renew through the “manual renewal” function. When renewing, users can re-select monthly or annual payment. If users do not recharge and renew, the resources will be recovered according to the recovery rules.

After the resources expire, the system will recover the relevant expired resources. Please renew them in a timely manner.

Renewal Validity Period

If your current resource status is “expired”, when you perform manual renewal, the renewal cycle will start from the expiration time for a new renewal cycle. The resource will remain in an invalid state until the end time of the renewal cycle is later than the current time.

If you renew the resource within its validity period, the new renewal cycle will begin after the original renewal cycle concludes.
