Capacity Alarm Settings
When the actual usage of the file system exceeds the purchased capacity, operations such as new write IO and directory creation can no longer be performed (UFS supports using soft quotas to allow you to still write within a certain range when exceeding the purchased capacity, for details, please refer to [Soft Quota](/docs/ufs/ufs_manual_instruction/concept#Soft Quota)). Thus, in order to be able to expand capacity in a timely manner when the remaining capacity is insufficient, we provide a capacity alarm function.
Choose the file system for which you need to set capacity alarms, and click the “Details” button to enter the details panel
You can see that a default template has already been bound in the “Alarm Template”. If you need to adjust the alarm threshold settings of the default template, you can click the modify button on the right side of the alarm template to enter the alarm setting page and set the parameters that meet your business needs
Select the file storage type and import the existing alarm parameters from the existing “Default UFS Alarm Template”
After the settings are complete, click save
After that, you can bind the alarm template you have newly set in the file system alarm template
