To facilitate your registration, login, and use of related services and provide you with a more personalized user experience and services, we may collect and use your relevant information when you use UModelVerse. UModelVerse highly values the protection of user information, and we will take security measures according to legal and regulatory requirements to ensure the safety and controllability of your user information. In view of this, UModelVerse has formulated this “UModelVerse Privacy Policy” (hereinafter referred to as “this Statement and Policy”) and reminds you that: please read this Statement and Policy carefully before using the services provided by UModelVerse, and use the relevant products and services only after confirming fully understanding and agreeing to it. Once you start using UModelVerse, it will be deemed that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to accept the binding of this Statement and Policy, and this Statement and Policy shall have legal effect between you and UModelVerse.

Definitions

UModelVerse Model Service Platform: Refers to the AI product UModelVerse model service platform under XXXCloud (hereinafter referred to as “UModelVerse” or “we”).
XXXCloud: Unless otherwise agreed, refers to UCloud Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “XXXCloud”).
XXXCloud Cloud Service User: Refers to users who complete account registration according to the XXXCloud cloud service website registration procedure (hereinafter referred to as “users” or “you”).
User Information: User information refers to the user-related information you submit or XXXCloud collects when you register an account on the XXXCloud cloud service website, undergo identity verification, use XXXCloud cloud services, and XXXCloud provides services to you, such as name, identity information, organization name, contact information, and communication address.
Business Data: Different from user information, it refers to content stored in XXXCloud cloud servers due to your use of UModelVerse, including but not limited to data, text, audio, video, or images.

Legal Statement

1. Ownership Rights

1.1 The logos used by UModelVerse model service platform, “XXXCloud”, “UCloud”, and other text, graphics, and their combinations used to identify XXXCloud cloud service are registered trademarks of UCloud Technology Co., Ltd. Without XXXCloud’s written authorization, no one may display, use, or do any other processing (including but not limited to copying, distributing, displaying, mirroring, uploading, downloading) in any way, nor indicate to others that you have the right to display, use, or do any other processing.

1.2 All intellectual property rights of the products, services, technologies, and all programs of UModelVerse model service platform (hereinafter referred to as “technical services”) belong to XXXCloud or their rights holders.

2. Limitation of Liability

2.1 UModelVerse users upload, provide, and publish relevant information on their own, including but not limited to user names, company names, contact persons and contact information, related images, and information, which are all provided by the users themselves. UModelVerse users must legally bear full responsibility for any information they provide.

2.2 Works reproduced by UModelVerse are solely for the purpose of conveying more information and do not imply UModelVerse’s endorsement of their views or confirmation of their content’s authenticity.

2.3 UModelVerse here reminds you that during the use of UModelVerse, you must comply with the laws of the People’s Republic of China, must not endanger network security, and must not engage in activities that infringe others’ reputation, privacy, intellectual property, and other legal rights using UModelVerse’s services. Despite the above reminders, UModelVerse does not assume any responsibility for your purposes and goals in using UModelVerse.

3. Intellectual Property Protection

We respect intellectual property rights and oppose and fight against infringement of intellectual property rights. Any organization or individual who believes that the webpage content of UModelVerse may infringe their legal rights can submit a written rights notice to UModelVerse, and UModelVerse will promptly handle it in accordance with the law upon receipt of the copyright holder’s confirmation notice.

1. Scope of Application

1.1 This privacy policy applies to all services of UModelVerse. Services include providing you with page browsing, website login services, and technical services provided through UModelVerse or UModelVerse technical personnel through non-official channels.

1.2 Our services may include links to third-party websites, applications, or services, and this privacy policy does not apply to any products, services, websites, or content provided by third parties.

1.3 It is particularly noted that as a user of UModelVerse, if you use UModelVerse services to provide services to your users, since your business data belongs to you, you should separately agree on a privacy policy with your users.

2. Collection and Use of User Information

2.1 Collection of User Information

2.1.1 When you create an account on XXXCloud, you need to provide us with a registered email, set and confirm your login password, and provide your mobile phone number in mainland China. The registered email you provide is your cloud service account, and the mobile phone number you submit is used to receive verification codes during registration, login, account binding, and password recovery, and as one of the contact details designated by XXXCloud for sending related business notifications (such as new product launch, service changes, etc.), and XXXCloud may use this contact detail to send business notifications (including bills), promote products, marketing promotions, or communicate with you about business matters.

2.1.2 After completing the XXXCloud account registration, you should complete the account real name authentication, as required by the “Cybersecurity Law of the People’s Republic of China.” You should provide the real account holder’s name corresponding to the cloud service account, organization name, identity authentication, license information, contact person’s name and contact information, communication address, etc. If you conduct real-name authentication through a corporate account, you need to submit the enterprise registration region, enterprise nature, enterprise name, and business license registration number, as well as bank account information (including bank name, bank account number, and account holder) to XXXCloud. XXXCloud will confirm your real-name information based on the enterprise registration region, enterprise nature, enterprise name, and business license registration number you submit. The bank account information (including bank name, bank account number, and account holder) you provide will only be used as the payment account when completing your real-name authentication. If you conduct real-name authentication through facial recognition or choose to purchase services that require facial recognition verification, you need to provide us with facial recognition information and photos of the front and back of your ID card.

2.1.3 Before accepting domain name, filing, and other services, according to Chinese laws, XXXCloud will display the information you need to submit on the XXXCloud website page (including but not limited to the responsible person’s name, ID card, mobile number, email, domain certificate, filing photo, etc.). It is subject to what is displayed on the website page at that time. If you do not use certain services, you do not need to provide related information.

2.1.4 During the use of services, we will, based on the specific permissions granted by you during software installation and use, receive and record related information of the device you are using (such as device model, operating system version, device settings, unique device identifier, and software/hardware characteristic information), location-related information (such as IP address, GPS location, and Wi-Fi access points, Bluetooth and base stations providing relevant information). We may associate the two types of information mentioned above to provide consistent services for you across different devices.

2.1.5 When you use the services provided by our website, we will automatically collect details of your usage as part of network log retention, such as your search query content, IP address, browser type, telecom operator, usage language, access date and time, and web pages visited.

2.1.6 Please note that separate device information, log information, etc., are unable to identify a specific natural person’s identity. If we combine such non-personal information with other information to identify a specific natural person’s identity, or use it with personal information, the non-personal information will be considered personal information during the combined usage. Unless authorized by you or otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations, we will anonymize and de-identify such personal information.

2.1.7 Based on the consultation records, fault records, and fault troubleshooting processes (such as communication or call records) generated by users using UModelVerse, we will record and analyze this information to respond to your help requests more promptly and to improve services.

2.2 We will use the user information you submit and we collect for the following purposes:

2.2.1 To provide you with products or services (e.g., real-name information is the prerequisite for continuing services; the mobile number used to receive verification codes has been used for communication purposes);

2.2.2 To maintain and improve products or services (e.g., the business contact phone and email submitted by you are for receiving business notifications and communication);

2.2.3 We may design, develop, and promote new products and services based on statistical data about user information; we will statistically analyze our service usage and may share these statistical information with the public or third parties, but such statistical information does not contain any identifiable information of yours;

2.2.4 To promote and introduce products to you within the legal and regulatory limits;

2.2.5 To enhance the security of your use of services by us and our related companies and partners, protect your or other users or the public’s personal and property safety from infringement, preempt phishing sites, fraud, network vulnerabilities, viruses, network attacks, and network intrusions, and more accurately identify violations of legal provisions or UModelVerse related agreements/rules, we may use your account information, integrate device information, network logs, and share information from our related companies and partners to assess account and transaction risks, verify identities, detect and prevent security incidents, and take necessary records, audits, analysis, and disposition measures required by law;

2.2.6 Other uses with your consent.

3.1 We may collect and use your information through cookies and related technologies. Our specific uses for cookies include:

3.1.1 Remembering your identity. For example, cookies help us recognize you as our registered user;

3.1.2 Analyzing your usage of our services to provide more thoughtful, personalized services, include but not limited to customized pages and recommendations;

3.2 You can refuse or manage cookies through browser settings. Note that if cookies are disabled, you may not enjoy a high-quality service experience, and certain features may be affected.

3.3 We will not use cookies for any purposes other than those stated in this statement and policy.

We will not share your user information with other organizations or individuals, except in the following circumstances:

4.1.1 With your explicit consent, we will share your user information with others;

4.1.2 We may share your user information according to legal and regulatory provisions, litigation, arbitration needs, or as required by law from administrative and judicial bodies;

4.1.3 Affiliates Sharing: Your user information may be shared with XXXCloud affiliates. We only share user information necessary for providing services, bound by the purposes stated in this privacy policy. If affiliates wish to change the processing purpose of user information, they will seek your authorization again;

4.1.4 To provide services, secure trusted partners, and consequently possibly share certain user information to offer better customer service and optimize user experience. We share only user information necessary for legal, legitimate, necessary, specific, and clear purposes, ensuring shared user information is used exclusively for service purposes. Our partners cannot use shared user information for any other purposes. Presently authorized partners include suppliers, service providers, and other partners. We send information to business-supporting suppliers, service providers, and partners for user authentication, basic technical services, consulting, analysis, and other professional services. Regarding companies, organizations, and individuals with whom we share user information, we sign strict confidentiality agreements or confidentiality clauses in agreements, requiring them to manage user information in line with our instructions, this privacy policy, and any other related confidentiality and security measures.

4.2 Transfer

We will not transfer your user information to any company, organization, or individual, except in the following circumstances:

4.2.1 With your explicit consent, we will transfer your user information to others;

4.2.2 In circumstances of Merger, Acquisition, or Bankruptcy Reorganization involving XXXCloud and other business entities, if user information transfer is involved, we will require the new entity holding your user information to still be bound by this policy, or we will demand the entity again seek your authorization or consent.

4.3 Public Disclosure

We will only publicly disclose your user information under the following circumstances:

4.3.1 With your explicit consent or based on your active choice, we may disclose your user information;

4.3.2 To protect the personal and property safety of UModelVerse and its affiliates or the public, we may disclose information about you per applicable laws or XXXCloud cloud platform related agreements/rules.

Prior authorization and consent are not required for sharing, transferring, or disclosing your user information in the following situations:

4.4.1 Related to national security and defense security;

4.4.2 Related to public safety, public health, and major public interests;

4.4.3 Related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and judgment enforcement;

4.4.4 For safeguarding significant legitimate rights and interests, such as your or other individuals’ life or property, but also hard to get consent;

4.4.5 Personal information you disclose to the public;

4.4.6 Related to your performance of legal obligations;

4.4.7 Personal information collected from legally publicly disclosed information such as legitimate news reports and government public information.

5. User Business Data

5.1 Business data you process, such as storing, uploading, downloading, disseminating, and processing in other ways during UModelVerse usage, is your user business data, which you fully own. As a cloud service provider, XXXCloud will only strictly execute your instructions to process your business data, with no unauthorized use or disclosure of your business data, except as per your explicit agreement or legal regulation requirement.

5.2 UModelVerse advises careful legal evaluation on user business data source and content: You are responsible for ensuring that user business data is lawfully collected, used (including delegation processing), and you neither currently nor formerly infringed upon any individual’s or entity’s legal rights. You understand and agree that China and other countries and regions may have relevant regulations on data storage and outbound transfers, requiring full, necessary evaluation, and approval per applicable laws before conducting user business data storage or transfer operations through UModelVerse. Otherwise, you are solely liable for all resulting consequences and responsibility. Outcomes and responsibilities from any violations of laws, regulations, sectoral provisions, or national policy due to your user business data source, content, or processing fall entirely on you.

5.3 Following the consensus between you and UModelVerse, user business data will be stored in data centers you choose. XXXCloud protects users’ data stored in XXXCloud cloud data centers according to applicable laws, except for data loss due to unpaid resource dues or expired resources leading to resource deletion.

6. Management of User Information

6.1 You can access, modify, and delete your user information. Given security, legal rights, and other considerations, access, modification, and deletion for different information have varied requirements. Some information may not be accessible, modifiable, or deletable due to technical logic, legal regulations, or security requirements (e.g., you can’t change your assigned account ID).

6.2 If you need to change your UModelVerse real-name authentication information, please contact XXXCloud via ticket, phone, or email following XXXCloud’s required protocol.

6.3 You may request us to delete user information in the following circumstances:

6.3.1 Our processing of user information violates laws or regulations;

6.3.2 We collect and use your user information without your explicit consent;

6.3.3 Our handling of personal information significantly violates your agreement with us; we may require identity verification if you provide a written request or prove your identity otherwise before processing your request.

6.3 You can deactivate the account you registered previously [see account deactivation method]. Upon successful deactivation, we will stop providing you with products or services. All services and data under that account will be deleted and irretrievable. Additionally, we will delete or anonymize your personal information upon your request, except where law and regulations specify otherwise.

7. Security of User Information

7.1 UModelVerse values your information security highly. We make efforts to implement reasonable physical, electronic, and managerial security measures to safeguard your user information, preventing unauthorized access, disclosure, usage, modification, damage or loss. We employ encryption technology to improve security, trusted protection mechanisms to prevent malicious attacks, and deploy access control mechanisms to ensure authorized personnel can access user information only.

7.2 We take reasonable steps to gather only necessary user information, retaining it only as long as needed for the purposes stated in this policy, unless extended retention or legality permits. After the retention period mentioned above, we will delete or make your personal information anonymous.

7.3 Please use complex passwords to assist us in ensuring your account security. While we strive to secure any information you send to us, if our physical, technical, or managerial protections fail, resulting in unauthorized information access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction, causing your legitimate rights infringement, we will assume corresponding legal responsibility.

7.4 Please understand that due to technical limitations and potential malicious methods, it’s not always possible to guarantee complete information security on the internet environment. Such as the systems and networks used to access our services might face issues beyond our control. If unfortunately, user information security incidents (leakage, loss, etc.) occur, we will promptly inform you according to legal requirements with details like event particulars, possible impacts, measures we will or have taken, your independent prevention and risk mitigation suggestions, and remedy measures for you. We will notify you through email, mail, phone, push notifications, or, if individual notices are not feasible, through announcements.

7.5 Meanwhile, we will report user information security incidents to regulatory authorities according to the requirements.

7.6 We will store your user information collected in mainland China within the mainland China territory per the provisions of related laws and regulations. If transferring user information abroad is needed for business under applicable laws, we will obtain your consent in advance and inform you about the purpose of the information’s exit, the recipient, security measures, and security risks.

7.7 In case UModelVerse services cease operations, we will take reasonable measures to protect your user information, including promptly halting information collection activities. Notifications of service cessation will be made individually or publicly, and personal information will be deleted or anonymized.

8. Protection of Minors’ Information

8.1 Our products and services are predominantly intended for adults. Minors under the age of 14 should not create their user account without parental or guardian consent.

8.2 If you are over 14, we will require you to ask a parent or guardian to read this privacy policy carefully and ensure your parent or guardian consents before using our services or providing us with information.

8.3 If minors use our products or services with parental or guardian consent leading to the collection of minors’ personal information, we will only utilize, share, transfer, or disclose such information under laws and regulations, explicit parental or guardian consent, or when necessary for protecting minors.

9. Your Rights

In accordance with China’s laws, regulations, standards, and other countries’ customary practices, we guarantee your rights to exercise the following on your personal information:

9.1 You have the right to access your user information by logging into your UModelVerse account, except where specified otherwise by laws or regulations. If you cannot access user information normally, you can email us at usupport@ucloud.cn, and we will respond to your access request within 30 days. For other user-generated information during our products or service use, we will provide such information within reasonable technical means and cost scope.

9.2 Correcting Your User Information: Upon discovering mistakes in your user information processed by us, you have the right to request corrections. You may email us at usupport@ucloud.cn, and we will respond to your correction request within 30 days.

9.3 Changing Your Authorized Consent Scope: Every business function requires some basic user information to complete. You can grant or withdraw your authorization for collecting and using user information beyond business requirements anytime. Upon consent withdrawal, we will cease corresponding user information processing. However, withdrawing consent does not affect earlier-based user information processing.

9.4 Responding to Your Requests: To ensure security, you may need to provide a written request or otherwise prove identity. We may request identity validation from you before processing requests. We will respond within 30 days, not typically charging fees for reasonable requests. However, excessive repeated requests or requests exceeding reasonable limits may incur some fees. Requests deemed unfounded, requiring disproportionate technical means (e.g., needing new system development or fundamentally altering existing practices), threatening other legal rights or being impractical (e.g., impacting backup tape-stored information) may be refused.

10. Updates to Legal Statements and Privacy Policy

We may revise terms of the legal statement and privacy policy in a timely manner, forming part of this statement and policy. Changes potentially reducing your rights or expanding information collection and usage scope will notify you prominently on the XXXCloud website or through email or other means before effective implementation. In such cases, continued use signifies agreement to the revised statement and policy.

Please ensure detailed information and evidence submission when reporting, enabling accurate processing by XXXCloud.
