Single Account Quota

The number of file system instances that can be created by a single account is limited to 100.

File System Limitations

  • The file system supports NFSv4.0, NFSv3, and SMB protocols via TCP
  • Currently, the maximum purchase capacity for capacity models is 100TB, and for performance models, it is 20TB. Please contact technical support for more space
  • The maximum size of a single file is limited to 1TB
  • The number of inodes in a single file system is limited to 100000000
  • The number of file system instances that can be mounted in a single cloud host is not limited
  • The number of hosts allowed to mount a single file system is not limited
  • The number of mount points for a single file system is limited to 5. Please note that this is not the limitation on the number of hosts that can mount the file system, as long as the host is within the VPC allowed by the mount point, they can access the specified file system
  • The throughput of a single capacity-type file system grows as the capacity increases, with a single TB throughput of 120Mbps and a limit of 20Gbps
  • The performance-type single file system has a throughput limit of 10Gbps during public beta testing, please contact technical support for higher throughput
  • The file system currently only supports expansion operations and does not support shrinking operations
  • The NFSv4 protocol file system supports cross-account and cross-regional access based on VPC

Protocol Limitations

NFSv3ACL and LOCK are not supported
SMBCurrently, the creation of files/directories with the same name in different cases is not supported

Billing Policy

On-demand use is not supported, currently, you can only use file storage by pre-purchasing capacity.
