IP Resource Pool Billing Description

| Prepaid | After purchasing an IP resource pool, an IP address reservation fee will be charged for the IP addresses within the network segment that have not been allocated as EIPs. Once an IP address is allocated as an EIP from the IP resource pool, the IP address reservation fee for that IP address from the time of use to the expiration time will be refunded. If that IP address is released back to the IP resource pool, the IP address reservation fee for that IP address from the time of release to the expiration time will be charged again.
