Getting Started Overview
Cloud Connect Network can help you achieve interconnection between cloud VPCs, VPCs and On-Premises IDCs, allowing you to easily build a global enterprise network. The following will introduce how to use the Cloud Connect Network in the same account scenario.
Preparations
- Cloud Connect Network will be used to associate different network instances. If there isn’t any correspondent instance, please create one first.
- If you are going to activate the cross-border Cloud Connect Network bandwidth package, please ensure that the cross-border application is completed first.
- There are no overlaps between the network segments expected to be interconnected
Interconnection of Same Account Network Instances
Process
Step 1: Create a Cloud Connect Network Instance

Navigate to the Cloud Connect Network management page on the console
Click 【All Products】—【Network】—【Cloud Connect Network】—【Cloud Connect Network Instance】TAB on the console.
- Create a new Cloud Connect Network instance
Click 【Create Cloud Connect Network Instance】, enter “Instance Name”, associate related network instances, click 【Confirm】to complete creation
Step 2: Associate Network Instances
The association of network instances can be completed synchronously when creating the Cloud Connect Network instance, or it can be associated later on the network instance page
- Associate a network instance under the 【Create Cloud Connect Network Instance】 page, if you need to associate multiple instances you can continue clicking ”+” to add more, click 【Confirm】 to complete creation
- Click 【Manage Cloud Connect Network】 on the Cloud Connect Network instance management page, select and enter the “Network Instances” TAB page
Click 【Associate Network Instance】, select the “Project”, “Region”, and “Network Instance Type” for the network instance to be associated, select the network instances to be associated, multiple selections are allowed. Click 【Confirm】 to complete association.
Step 3: Check the Routing Table
Click 【Manage Cloud Connect Network】 on the Cloud Connect Network instance management page, select and enter the “Routing Table” TAB page. This page will show related routing table information.
Duplicate routes can be resolved by adjusting the priority to set an effective route.
Step 4: Create and Bind Bandwidth Package
Click 【Manage Cloud Connect Network】 on the Cloud Connect Network instance management page, select and enter the “Bandwidth Package” TAB page, this page will show related bandwidth package table information;
Click 【Purchase Bandwidth Package】, fill in or select related parameters, the purchase is completed;
After the purchase is completed, you can view the information of the purchased bandwidth package on the “Bandwidth Package” TAB page;
Step 5: Connectivity Verification
Create a resource instance under each network instance at both ends, and ping each other. If the pinging is successful, the connectivity is normal; otherwise, the connectivity is abnormal;
UDPN Network Upgrade with One Click (Coming Soon)
The cross-domain interconnection function of Cloud Connect Network is an upgraded version of the UDPN product. If you need to upgrade the existing UDPN network architecture in advance, and experience better cloud-to-cloud and cloud-to-ground interconnection services as soon as possible, you can first contact your customer manager, and we will provide you with a separate upgrade plan. An automatic upgrade tool will be launched soon.
