Arrears Recovery

Fixed Bandwidth Billing

  1. Generate a bill during the purchase and perform a deduction operation;

  2. If the customer has enabled “automatic renewal”, if the account balance is insufficient on the next deduction day, the system will send a site message to renew the subscription; if the user is in arrears for more than 3 days, the bandwidth package resources will enter the “service stop list”, and the bandwidth in the package will be throttled to 5kbps;

  3. If the user is in arrears for more than 7 days, the bandwidth package resources will enter the “pending recovery list”, and all corresponding bandwidth package resources and configuration parameters will be deleted;

Max5 Peak Billing

  1. Generate the bill for this month at 12 o’clock on the last natural day of this month and perform a deduction operation;

  2. If the user’s account balance is insufficient, the system will send a site message to renew the subscription; if the user is in arrears for more than 3 days, the bandwidth package resources will enter the “service stop list”, and the bandwidth in the package will be throttled to 5kbps;

  3. If the user is in arrears for more than 7 days, the bandwidth package resources will enter the “pending recovery list”, and all corresponding bandwidth package resources and configuration parameters will be deleted;

Flow Billing

  1. Generate the bill for the day at 12 o’clock every day and perform a deduction operation;

  2. If the user’s account balance is insufficient, the system will send a site message to renew the subscription; if the user is in arrears for more than 3 days, the bandwidth package resources will enter the “service stop list”, and the bandwidth in the package will be throttled to 5kbps;
