Usage Instructions

Version scope: Advanced Edition, Enterprise Edition, Flagship Edition

1. No refunds are supported;

2. After purchase, we will deploy for you. Manual operation is needed during deployment. Generally, it will be completed within 1-2 working days. If you need to expedite the process, please contact your customer manager or technical support.

Billing Mode

Please note that after purchasing the database audit for 3 months, the customer supports self-deletion and refund.

Payment method: underlying host + disk + license (resource management cost)

Billing standard: Billing standards are based on the model of database auditing.

Billing period: Advanced Edition / Enterprise Edition / Flagship Edition: supports yearly, quarterly, half-year, three-quarters; renewals and upgrades are allowed; refunds are not permitted before the end of the bill period.

Prepayment/Post-payment:

All versions: all fees are pre-paid.

For example: if you purchase the “Advanced Edition” with 300G data disk of database audit in the Available Zone C of the domestic North China datacenter, then the cost will be: host + disk + license = 481 + 120 + 3300 = 3901 yuan/month; if you need to extend the disk, you will need to make up for the disk price based on the original basis.

Supports annual purchase, monthly purchase (at least 3 months are needed for monthly purchase, optional for 3 months, 6 months, or 9 months)

3、Big Data Database: RECORD_HIVE、SPARK_JAVA_API、Hive、HIVE_HSQL, Record_Hive, ES, GaussDB(Huawei Gauss), LibrA, HBASE_SHELL, Solr, MongoDB
4、Industrial Real-time Database: IP21_API, IP21_APIIP21_WEBSERVICE
