4. Data Maintenance

4. Data Maintenance

This module is mainly for managing and maintaining audit data, with the main operations being backup, cleanup, and recovery. Also, you can view the disk information about audit data here.

1) Port Configuration

View the total count and the total space occupied by audit data (risk, non-risk), as well as the disk utilization rate. You can assess whether to set alarms or perform data maintenance operations based on the values, ensuring optimal device performance. Clicking the “Alarm Settings” button will automatically redirect you to system alarms.

2) Data Backup

Backup the specified data in a specified way based on the specified conditions. There are two methods: automatic backup and manual backup. At most 10 tasks can be performed at the same time for automatic backup, and for manual backup, only one task can be performed at a time, and the next task can only be added after the previous task is done.

3) Data Cleanup

Clean up the specified data based on the specified conditions. There are two methods: automatic cleanup and manual cleanup. Only one configuration can be added for automatic cleanup, and for manual cleanup, only one task can be performed at a time, and the next task can only be added after the previous task is done. Note: During automatic cleanup, manual cleanup, and forced cleanup, the search engine and the entry engine will be shut down. After the task is done, the program will be returned to normal operation.

4) Data Recovery

When the volume of data is too large, or a certain period of data is temporarily not needed, users can choose to back up the data. When needed, they can restore the data to ensure the optimal operating status of the device.

Import File

To import the encrypted file, you need to enter the password, and then click start to upload, the upload file does not check whether the password is correct.

It does not support full recovery, and the imported file size limit is 5G. It must be in zip compression, with file names containing the keywords “increment, manual”, and there should be no Chinese.

Recover Imported File

Click the recover icon, and it will verify whether the password is correct. When importing non-encrypted files, whether a password is entered or not does not affect recovery. When there is a task in process, no other file recovery can be conducted, and the recover icon on the interface will disappear.
