When using the system for the first time or when renewal is needed, enter this interface and download the device’s machine code and send it to the relevant technical personnel. The technical staff will return a file ending in lic. After uploading this file, first check if the authorization period and functions are correct, then check if all engine modules in 5.1 Monitoring Wall are normal. If an engine does not start, you can try restarting the engine in 4.4.5.1 Device Management module. If you still have problems, you can seek help from relevant technical staff.

Note whether the coding of the returned certificate file is consistent with the one sent, for example: Downloaded machine code: clientInfoFile44F88EF60861CF37.info Returned certificate file: 44F88EF60861CF37_audit.lic

Before uploading the certificate, ensure that the system time is correct. Uploading a certificate when the system time is incorrect will cause the certificate validation to fail.
