1) Analysis Report
Monitored Database: The data in this section is mainly for the statistical report of database connection information, aiming to provide customers with the access status of their database. Database Performance: The data in this section is mainly for statistics of the query parameters of the database itself, aiming to provide customers with related parameters of their database query performance.
2) Compliance Report
This report is designed with reference to “China National Information Security Protection Inspection Standard”, auditing data statistics for the detection requirements of national level protection, able to help database administrators and auditors to promptly detect various abnormal behaviors and violations, quickly locate and analyze, providing a decision basis for overall information security management.
Database Audit Status
This report mainly shows the summary of database auditing, helps users to quickly understand the current database auditing status, which mainly includes “protected object name”, “number of visitors”, “number of database accounts”, “total amount of auditing”.
Client Access Analysis
Show whether there is possible illegal client access to the database and analyze access status, which mainly includes “protected object name”, “visitor’s tools”, “visitor’s IP”, “database account”, “number of logins”.
Audit Log Statistical Analysis
Show the number of operations generated by all audited databases, helping auditors to trend analysis.
3) Custom Report
The custom report allows users to flexibly customize the content they need, the statistical dimensions include time, protected objects, client ip, server ip, access tools, operation types, database accounts, database name, table name, execution response.
4) Automatic Report
In the first-level menu report, second-level menu custom reports, a new tab for automatic reports is added, the page displays add and delete two buttons and the list of already added auto-send report tasks. After clicking the add button, a pop-up box will appear, the pop-up box will show the task name to be added, the recipient of the email, the report to be sent, the format of the report, the task status, the task cycle, and the task description. The recipient of the email must have data displayed only after the user adds an email in personal information, the report to be sent corresponds to the second-level menu compliance report, the format of the report only has pdf and word two formats, the task cycle only has once a week or once a month send options.
