SSL Certificate Error

In case of SSL certificate error, the API Gateway returns 495 status code. After the HTTP connection is established, if the user uses the HTTPS protocol, the API Gateway will first verify according to the certificate configuration in the custom domain name by the hosting party. If you encounter problems with SSL certificate verification, please check the following list:

  • Check whether the SSL certificate has been uploaded in the custom domain name
  • Check if both the SSL certificate and the key are correct
  • Check if the SSL certificate is valid
