Blocked for Unpaid Orders

The API Gateway uses a post-paid and daily settlement charging mode. If your account balance and credit limit are both insufficient, you will incur arrears. If the arrears are not paid for three days in a row, the API Gateway will ban user requests until the arrears are paid off. To ensure the smooth operation of your online services, it is suggested to enable the balance reminder feature to avoid arrears. To enable the balance alarm function, please use an account with sufficient privileges to log in Balance Alarm page for settings.
