How to Add Remarks and Apply for Comments?

  1. When applying for an invoice, according to actual demands, you may optionally fill in the remarks column of the invoice. The content of the remarks column will be directly included in the remarks on the invoice.
  2. When applying for an invoice, you can optionally fill in a comment at the bottom of the page. The content of the comment will not be included in the invoice. The purpose of comments:
    • Apply for an invoice from the UCloud Global subsidiary, such as applying for billing in Inner Mongolia or Qingpu, etc.;
    • Apply for other invoice contents, such as the Technology Service fee, etc. UCloud Global will determine other contents of the invoice based on actual business. If it cannot be supported, it will contact the account manager to communicate with your company in a timely manner.
