Invoice Content and Tax Rate

Invoice Content

The invoice content is the information required to be filled in on the invoice. It represents the product or service content purchased by the invoiced amount in this billing. The correspondence between the invoice content and the purchased product is as follows:

• Software service fees: It covers all product services provided by the UCloud Global official website. (Default system option)
• Hardware equipment: servers, switches, accessories, and other hardware physical equipment. (Contract upload required)
• Others: For special invoicing needs, please contact the UCloud Global account manager to notify the Finance Center.

Invoice Tax Rate

The invoice tax rate is information that needs to be filled out on the invoice. Only UCloud Global customers who have purchased hardware equipment can apply for an invoice with a 13% tax rate, and they must upload the contract.
