Alarm Template
1. Introduction to Alarm Template
The "Alarm Template" provides a function to set resource alarms in batches. By predefining the alarm rules in the template, the template can be combined with the resources in a binding manner, and the rules defined in the template can be applied to the resources.
2. Basic Operations of Alarm Template
On the alarm template page, default alarm templates have been created for various resources by default. Using the default alarm template can quickly set basic alarm rules for resources.
If the user wishes to modify or add more alarm rules, they can create or generate new alarm templates based on the default alarm templates.
Note: The default alarm template cannot be modified. If you need to save after modification, please save it as a new custom alarm template.
Click the "Create Template" button to create a new alarm template. You need to select the resource type corresponding to the template (such as cloud host), rule import source, template name and management remarks in order, and then click to open the "Edit Alarm Template" window.
Click the "Add Rule" drop-down button, and different monitoring indicators for the corresponding resource type will appear. The "CPU Usage" is selected in the figure below, and the alarm threshold is set to "95%", and the notification object is "Default Group". Click save to complete the creation of the alarm template.
In addition, in the alarm template list, you can also see the number of resources that a template has bound, and which specific resources are bound to this template, and you can edit the rules in the existing template.
